1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Grenmo (the "Service") operated by Nerebo Tech ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Grenmo is an intelligent automation platform that provides e-commerce solutions including automated selling, AI-powered chat, WhatsApp integration, and website creation tools. The Service enables users to create online stores and manage sales through various channels.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• Each user is limited to one account unless otherwise authorized

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Basic Plan: ₦10,000 monthly with 2,000,000 tokens
• Pro Plan: ₦20,000 monthly with 4,500,000 tokens
• Enterprise Plan: ₦40,000 monthly with 10,000,000 tokens

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment must be made in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

4.3 No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided after subscribing to any plan, regardless of usage or circumstances.

5. Token Usage and Limits

• Each plan includes a specific number of tokens for AI processing
• Tokens are consumed based on AI interactions and processing requests
• Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period
• Additional tokens may be available for Enterprise customers
• Service may be temporarily limited if token usage exceeds plan limits

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Sell illegal, harmful, or prohibited products
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any unethical business practices

7. WhatsApp Integration

• WhatsApp integration is subject to WhatsApp's terms of service and policies
• We are not responsible for WhatsApp service interruptions or policy changes
• Users must comply with WhatsApp Business API guidelines
• Misuse of WhatsApp features may result in account suspension

8. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service
• You grant us license to use your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• We are not responsible for loss of data due to user error or service issues

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party service dependencies may affect availability

10. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, access to the Service will be discontinued
• Data may be deleted after account termination

11. Limitation of Liability

Nerebo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by Nerebo Tech
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission
• Users retain rights to their own content and data
• Any feedback or suggestions become our property

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
